The location was perfect for our trip, just a short walk to Beale Street and the FedEx Forum. The staff genuinely cared about our comfort, which made for a pleasant stay. However, I found the room needed more attention in terms of cleanliness and updates. The elevator situation was a bit frustrating as one was out of service during peak times.

Strongly recommend for a temporary stay
Comfortable room, convenient location, the friendly bar staff really enhanced our experience with great drink recommendations during our stay, and the hotel offers crucial amenities like a 24-hour reception and a fitness center for added convenience, just 15 km from the airport.
The mattresses need to be switched out.

great location but uncomfortable beds
The bartender's skill in making drinks was impressive, and her friendliness improved our experience. Additionally, the decor had a modern touch, which made the ambiance more enjoyable. The staff's attention to detail was evident, making our stay feel personalized and welcoming.
The mattresses in our room had noticeable indentations that affected our comfort and ultimately led us to leave a day early.

The location of the Westin is fantastic, right near Beale Street. Every evening, the atmosphere outside buzzed with live music and energy. The valet service impressed me, always prompt and friendly. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious. However, I had issues with the elevator. only one worked during my stay. I found it frustrating, especially on busy days, having to wait longer than expected. Plus, the room showed signs of wear, particularly in the furniture. While the bathroom amenities were high-quality and the shower luxurious, the noise from outside made it hard to relax some nights. I appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness, but the inconsistent service regarding housekeeping left me wanting more. Overall, a mix of great moments and some annoyances.

Loved the location, just steps from Beale Street and the FedEx Forum. The Traditional Guest room with a King bed was spacious and featured a comfortable bed with soft pillows. The fitness center was nice, and they offered spa facilities which added a nice touch. Clean bathrooms with premium toiletries were a plus as well.

Couples interested in blues will appreciate this
Let me tell you about the staff. They were fantastic, especially this guy Manny at the front desk. He greeted us like family, warm and accommodating, like he knew we were in for a rough time after that long drive. The location was literally a stone’s throw from Beale Street, perfect for diving into the local scene.
Now, don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t exactly inexpensive. but that’s just the way of these places.
